Carter Studio were engaged by Melton City Council to design and investigate the placement of a new baseball pavilion at MacPherson Park. Multiple options were developed, with two locations being selected for development in greater detail.

Considering the building from all angles was important. The main entrance facade features a brick pattern inspired by baseball seams, presenting a striking frontage to the approaching road. The choice of colours throughout complements the branding of the local team (the Titans).

Inside, the building is divided into two halves divided by a central breezeway. The social space is oriented towards the north to maximise sunlight and offers a view of the baseball diamond for optimal game viewing.
